We are only human....and biker minded people to boot, if there is a ride or something else to do, we wont be hanging around to ship your package! We will however, do our best to ensure that you recieve your merchandise in a timely manner. If there happens to be an issue with the shipment we will do our best to contact you and let you know whats going on.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Please keep in mind that it may not be possible to cancel or make a change to an order after it has been processed.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please send an email to:

and tell us your name and order number and the specific changes you would like made to your order. If you are requesting a cancellation, please allow several days for your refund to run its obstacle course through our accounting department and then through our bank and then over to your bank and then finally back into your account.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Hawgstock Merchandise! If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, or if you order a garment that doesn't fit you, you can exchange the defective or ill-fitting merchandise for something that suits you better. Just return the defective or poor fitting merchandise (within 10 working days) back to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it the item you wish in exchange. If you are exchanging apparel be sure to include the style and size (Ex. The Men's XL T-shirt is too small and we would like to exchange it for the same shirt in a XXL, here is the additional $4.00). Also indicate the address where you want your stuff to be shipped or simply circle the address on the form.
If you do not have a packing list, please write the following on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper:

Refunds
Hawgstock wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your merchandise for credit, just return it in good, unused condition (within 10 business days) to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it your reason for returning the merchandise. Upon inspection of the merchandise, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges applicable to the original order are not refundable.

If you don’t have a Visa, Mastercard or Diner’s Club card, we do accept mailed-in orders with a check or money order. To order Hawgstock Merchandise without using a credit card, send us what you would like and a check for the amount of them item and shipping: (We will wait for your check to clear our bank before shipping your order.) Make checks payable to Hawgstock or Hawg Lot Prodcutions, Inc.

Please do not send cash! If you are outside the US, we do not accept checks drawn on foreign banks. Please use an International Money Order payable in US dollars.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still place an order?

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal as a form of payment.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The time it takes for the shipment to reach you depends on which shipping method you choose and the distance between your location and Winterset, IA. Please see the shipping information for details: on a normal basis (when we are in the office) Orders shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders shipped Fed Ex 2nd Day Delivery arrive in 2 business days if the order is placed before 2pm Eastern Time.
Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States are shipped via International Airmail and may take up to 3-4 weeks (6 - 8 weeks to Canada for unknown reasons) because of the additional distance and because packages have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination. (Items that are ordered via mail with a check will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank.)
I can’t place more than one item in my shopping cart.
It's not a high tech solution, but after you have added the first item to your shopping cart, try clicking on the menu along the left hand side of your screen to go directly to the section of your next item instead of clicking the "Keep Shopping" button.
How do I make a change to an existing order?
It may not be possible to make a change to an order after it has been processed by our ordering system. You may e-mail us directly at:

I have a product suggestion. Where should I send it?
Please send your suggestion to hawgstock@hawgstock.com. We do keep track of the types of products our customers suggest and we sometimes introduce new products depending on the number of requests. After multiple requests for sleeveless t-shirts and for rockers, we added those items to our store.
Can anyone put your logo on other merchandise?
We do not allow licensing of our trademarked characters. If you put our characters, logo on your own shirt, you will be in violation of our intellectual property rights! We cannot print personalized or custom editions of our existing shirt designs. Thanks for thinking of us, though.
